Tickets
Ticket purchase
Tickets to events held by Cēsis Concert Hall can be obtained at the Concert Hall ticket office at 12 Raunas Street; any of the Biļešu Paradīze ticket offices throughout Latvia; online at www.bilesuparadize.lv .
Ticket reservations can be made by calling the ticket office of the Concert Hall at +371 64119922 during the working hours of the office. The booked tickets must be purchased no later than two weeks after the reservation date and no later than two weeks before the event.
Tickets for children
Tickets to children’s events (concerts, theatre performances, children’s film screenings, etc.) must be purchased for children aged 2 and over, unless stated otherwise in the event description.
Preschool age children are not admitted to evening events aimed at adult audience.
Discounts
DISCOUNTS FOR THE EVENT TICKETS (valid only for events ‒ concerts, dance and theatre performances ‒ organised by Cēsis Concert Hall)
15% discount ‒ for schoolchildren, full time students, ISIC card holders, disabled persons and seniors. A valid document confirming the right to a discount must be presented to the ticket taker.
15% discount ‒ for students and lecturers of Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences. A valid document confirming the right to a discount must be presented to the ticket taker.
15% discount ‒ for ITIC card holders (teachers, lecturers). A valid document confirming the right to a discount must be presented to the ticket taker.
50% discount ‒ for visitors in wheelchairs and an attending person on previous notice at 64119922.
50% discount ‒ for children with special needs (discount valid when purchasing tickets to children’s events).
30% discount ‒ for disabled persons with an assistant presenting a valid document confirming that an assistant is required.
15% discount ‒ for large families carrying a 3+ Honorary Family card and families caring for a child with disabilities or for an adult group I or II disabled person under 24 and carrying an Honorary Family card. A valid document confirming the right to a discount must be presented to the ticket taker.
5% discount ‒ for holders of Friend of Cēsis card. A valid document confirming the right to a discount must be presented to the ticket taker.
DISCOUNTS FOR CINEMA TICKETS (valid only when purchasing tickets at the ticket office of Cēsis Concert Hall)
5% discount ‒ for holders of for holders of Friend of Cēsis card.
5% discount – for schoolchildren, students, seniors, families of 3 or more members attending the same film screening and holders of 3+ Honorary Family card.
5% discount ‒ for groups of 10 and more persons.
Group discounts
Group discounts apply when purchasing event tickets for a larger number of visitors (for groups of at least 10 persons). Group discounts do not apply to cinema tickets and are not added to discounts that apply to the listed social groups.
10% discount ‒ for groups of 10‒19 persons
15% discount ‒ for groups of 20 and more persons

Gift cards
Gift cards for EUR 5, 20, 30 and 50, as well as electronic gift cards for an amount of your choice are available at the ticket office of Cēsis Concert Hall.
A gift card is valid for purchase of tickets to events organised by Cēsis Concert Hall.
Purchased gift cards cannot be returned and exchanged for money.
After the balance of the gift card is depleted and/or after the expiration date of the card, the gift card loses its validity.
