KSENIJA SIDOROVA. CARMEN

The charming accordionist Ksenija Sidorova, joined by an international ensemble of musicians ‒ the double bass player Roberto Koch, pianist Claudio Constantini, violinist Alejandro Loguercio, guitar player Reentko Dirks and percussionist Itamar Doari – will perform some of the most famous arias from George Bizet’s ‘Carmen’, as well as pieces by Astor Piazzolla and Ernesto Lecuona and traditional Latin American music.

Ksenija Sidorova recently signed an exclusive contract withDeutsche Grammophon; last summer saw the release of the musician’s album entitled ‘Carmen’ by the record company, the largest one in Europe. In July 2017, Ksenija Sidorova won the Echo Klassik Award, the most prestigious musical award in Germany, in the Best Instrumentalist category.
